The following homebuilders are pre-approved to build on your land in Boystown, in accordance with the covenants and rules of BT. Be sure to read these guidelines carefully. Most homes offered by these builders are suitable for your property in BT and align with our neighborhood theme. However, avoid choosing a home design that doesn’t fit the character of the area.
Additionally, please do not select the same home design as a nearby neighbor. If someone has already chosen a particular style, opt for a different one.
